Depending on the design, pieces may also feature zircon, freshwater pearls, imitation pearls, enamel, resin, glass, or other decorative details.

Can I wear my jewelry every day—even around water?

Yes—Zodiglow jewelry is designed for real life and everyday wear. Our waterproof and water-resistant finishes are highly tarnish-resistant, so you can enjoy your favorites with confidence. The exact performance and care guidance for each style are listed on its product page.

For the longest-lasting shine, rinse and dry after saltwater or chlorine, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately.

We’ll get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Orders are carefully prepared within 2–7 business days, and most ship sooner. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Standard shipping is $6.99 USD on orders under $49 and free on orders $49+.

Returns & Peace of Mind

What if I change my mind or don’t love my order?

Shop with confidence—you have 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Items need to be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the original packaging, tags, and protective materials.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry must remain unworn and any supplied hygiene seal must stay intact. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally paid by the customer.
