At Zodiglow LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as we specialize in natural crystals and gemstones, please read our return policy carefully.
1. 30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Natural Variations in Gemstones & Crystals (Important) Our jewelry features natural crystals and gemstones. Because these are gifts from the earth, no two beads are exactly alike. Therefore, every bracelet will have slight differences from the product photos and from one another, making your specific piece truly one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in color, texture, and natural inclusions (such as "ice cracks," "clouds," or "cotton" patterns) are completely normal and part of each stone's unique character.
Quality Note: These natural characteristics, the inherent uniqueness of each handcrafted piece, as well as slight color differences due to monitor settings or photography lighting, are not considered quality defects or damages and do not qualify for a free return or replacement.
3. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at hello@zodiglow.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all returns must be sent to our primary processing center in China:

4. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: While we proudly offer complimentary global shipping on all your orders, please note that we do not provide free returns. Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs to our facility in China, including any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Packaging: Because crystal products are fragile, returned items must be securely packed using the original protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap). If an item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds will only be processed upon successful receipt and inspection.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@zodiglow.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
