Check each product page for the exact material, finish and care details before ordering. Zodiglow does not apply a universal hypoallergenic or nickel-free claim to every style.

Available gift box and packaging choices appear on the relevant packaging page or in the cart. Select an option when available; its price and eligibility are confirmed before checkout. Jewelry and decorative props shown in packaging photos are not included unless the product or packaging description says so.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by high-demand periods, holidays, address issues or other operational delays.

Orders under $49 USD have a $6.99 USD standard shipping charge. Orders of $49 USD or more receive free standard shipping. After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 7–15 business days. Available destinations and final shipping details are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Please allow a little time for the tracking page to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@zodiglow.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order is packed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Please email us at hello@zodiglow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review it and help make it right as quickly as possible.

Eligible return or exchange requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with required packaging and protective materials.

Earrings or other pierced jewelry that have been tried on, worn, or returned with a removed or broken hygiene seal may not be eligible. Review the Refund Policy before sending a return.

Follow the material-specific care guidance on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, keep plated styles away from seawater, swimming pools, spas, harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture. Wipe gently after wear and store dry.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Amex, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Some of our rings are adjustable open designs, while others are fixed sizes based on US sizing. You can choose the size that fits you best.

Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours to complete, from filming to editing. For this reason, we’re unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos 💗

If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, please note the following:

• A minimum purchase of 3 or more jewelry items is required.
• You must be willing to follow our video production schedule. Orders are shipped after filming is completed.
• Video slots can only be reserved up to the following month. For example, April videos open starting from March orders.

To request a video, you may:

• Leave a note at checkout stating that you would like an ASMR packing video, or
• Email us at hello@zodiglow.com to check availability before or after placing your order.

Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the schedule, we’ll be happy to arrange the video for you ✨
