Normal wear and tear, improper care, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or damage caused by improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Jewelry Care and Customer Responsibility
Different jewelry materials may require different care. Certain stainless steel or titanium steel pieces with PVD gold plating, including 18K or 10K gold plating where stated on the product page, are designed for everyday wear and improved resistance to water, sweat, and tarnishing. However, sterling silver, natural stone pieces, pearls, delicate gold-plated pieces, delicate settings, and other specialty finishes may require more careful handling.
To preserve the appearance and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, saltwater, chlorinated water, heavy impact, and abrasive surfaces. After exposure to water or sweat, gently dry your jewelry with a soft cloth before storing.
You are responsible for using and caring for your jewelry appropriately based on the material and care instructions listed on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, accidents, or ordinary wear over time.
