What materials is ZodiGlow jewelry made of?

We believe in substance beneath the shine. Our pieces are thoughtfully crafted using premium 18k gold-plated stainless steel and 10k gold-plated S925 sterling silver.

This careful selection ensures that your jewelry is not only visually stunning but also deeply resilient, giving you the luxurious look of solid gold with the durability needed for everyday wear.

Is your jewelry waterproof and tarnish-resistant?

Yes. Our stainless steel pieces feature an extra-thick PVD gold plating, making them highly resistant to water, sweat, and daily exposure. You can confidently wear them during your morning shower or summer adventures.

For our S925 sterling silver pieces, while the 10k gold plating is durable, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with harsh chemicals (like perfumes or chlorine) to maintain their optimal, long-lasting shine.

I have sensitive skin. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Absolutely. Your comfort is our priority. All ZodiGlow pieces are strictly free from nickel, lead, and cadmium. Our skin-friendly solid cores ensure that you can wear your favorite stack from morning to night without irritation.

How should I care for and clean my pieces?

True elegance is effortless, and so is our jewelry care. After wearing, simply wipe your pieces with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove any natural oils or makeup.

When not wearing them, store your jewelry in the provided ZodiGlow pouch or a cool, dry box to prevent scratches and maintain their brilliant glow.

Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally because beautiful styling knows no borders. International shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get your pieces to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please reply to your order confirmation email within 12 hours. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request before it ships.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely in love with your ZodiGlow pieces. If something isn’t perfectly right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I start a return?

Starting a return is simple. Just email us at hello@zodiglow.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the effortless return process within 24 hours.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our everyday armor. We offer a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase covering any manufacturing defects.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to harsh chemicals).
