Water-resistant and highly tarnish-resistant for everyday wear. Rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly after exposure to saltwater or chlorine.

For routine care, wipe your jewelry gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and store pieces separately in a cool, dry place to reduce scratching.

Check the material specifications on the individual product page. Zodiglow does not apply a universal hypoallergenic or nickel-free claim to every style. If you have a known metal allergy or skin sensitivity, consult a qualified professional before purchase or wear.

Orders are usually processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Most orders are prepared sooner.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes approximately 7–15 business days.

Orders under $49 USD have a $6.99 USD standard shipping charge. Orders of $49 USD or more receive free standard shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and tracking is provided when available.

Available shipping destinations and methods are shown at checkout. If no shipping method appears after you enter the delivery address, Zodiglow is currently unable to ship that order to the selected address.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or carrier charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

Every order is carefully packed in protective, gift-ready packaging. Premium keepsake boxes unlock at qualifying jewelry subtotals and can be selected in the cart.

Gift packaging shown in product photography or social media content is included only when it is specifically selected, purchased, or unlocked as part of a qualifying offer. If no keepsake box is selected, we will use the most appropriate protective, gift-ready packaging.

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the required original packaging, tags, and protective materials.

For hygiene reasons, earrings or other pierced jewelry that have been tried on, worn, or returned with a removed or broken hygiene seal may not be eligible.

Contact hello@zodiglow.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, clear photos of the item received, the outer and internal packaging, and the shipping label.

Please keep the item and all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed. Do not send anything back without authorization.
