Our pieces may be made with 925 sterling silver, 18K gold-plated sterling silver, pearls, zircon, moissanite, medical-grade titanium steel, 18K gold-plated titanium steel, or other selected materials. Many styles are designed to be comfortable for everyday wear, but materials may vary by design. Please check each product page for the exact material details before ordering.

The boxes shown in our videos are from real customer orders. Most jewelry pieces come gift-ready in ZodiGlow packaging, and available gift box options may appear in your cart before checkout.

You can choose your preferred box when available. If no box is selected, or if the selected box isn’t suitable for your items, we’ll choose the best-fitting packaging for your order. Surprise gifts may also be included depending on availability and order details.

Every order is carefully hand-packed, as shown in our ASMR packing videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Processing usually takes 2–7 days.

During high-demand periods, it may take longer, but if it exceeds 7 days, we’ll notify you by email: hello@zodiglow.com.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary from 9–30 days. You can check the estimated delivery date at checkout.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number. Please allow a little time for the tracking page to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@zodiglow.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order is packed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Please email us at hello@zodiglow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review it and help make it right as quickly as possible.

We want you to love your ZodiGlow pieces. If your order isn’t quite right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Light water exposure, like handwashing, is fine, but we recommend avoiding seawater, swimming pools, and chemicals. Store in a dry place for best care.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Amex, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Some of our rings are adjustable open designs, while others are fixed sizes based on US sizing. You can choose the size that fits you best.

Each ASMR packing video takes over 8 hours to complete, from filming to editing. For this reason, we’re unable to create a video for every order. That said, every order is still packed with the same care, detail, and love you see in our videos 💗

If you would like an ASMR packing video for your order, please note the following:

• A minimum purchase of 3 or more jewelry items is required.
• You must be willing to follow our video production schedule. Orders are shipped after filming is completed.
• Video slots can only be reserved up to the following month. For example, April videos open starting from March orders.

To request a video, you may:

• Leave a note at checkout stating that you would like an ASMR packing video, or
• Email us at hello@zodiglow.com to check availability before or after placing your order.

Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the schedule, we’ll be happy to arrange the video for you ✨
