Zodiglow pieces are crafted from a range of carefully selected materials—including eco-friendly titanium steel with vacuum-plated 18K gold, 925 sterling silver, and 18K gold-plated copper. Depending on the design, pieces may also feature zircon, freshwater pearls, imitation pearls, enamel, resin, glass, or other decorative details.

The exact material and finish are listed on each product page, so you always know what you’re choosing.

Many Zodiglow styles are designed for everyday wear, and selected styles feature waterproof or water-resistant finishes. Water resistance varies by material and finish, so please check each product page for exact performance and care guidance.

For the longest-lasting shine, rinse and dry after contact with saltwater or chlorine, avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and store pieces separately.

Many Zodiglow styles are made with skin-friendly materials and selected for comfortable everyday wear. Because materials and finishes vary by style—including titanium steel, 925 sterling silver, and gold-plated copper—we don’t make a universal hypoallergenic claim for every piece. If you have especially sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, please check the exact material details listed on each product page.

Yes—every order is carefully packed to arrive protected, beautifully presented, and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re treating yourself or sending a gift, the unboxing will still feel special.

Qualifying orders can unlock a premium keepsake box in the cart for an elevated unboxing experience. Simply choose your preferred available design before checkout.

If no premium box is selected, your jewelry will still arrive in our standard protective, gift-ready packaging. Packaging shown in product photos or social content may feature a premium option; the selection shown in your cart confirms what is included with your order.

Shop with confidence—you have 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return or exchange. Items need to be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the original packaging, tags, and protective materials.

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry must remain unworn and any supplied hygiene seal must stay intact. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally paid by the customer.

Email hello@zodiglow.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Once an approved return is received and inspected, we aim to issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Don’t worry—we’ll help make it right. Contact hello@zodiglow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
